The Helping Hand fee represents an accounting adjustment for the payment that is made in full, at the time of service. The standard fee of $360 is for one individual. Each additional family member can be added for just $330. Additional members must be directly related to the primary Helping Hand member. All additional member's plans, of the family account, will terminate/renew on the same date as the primary Helping Hand member. All fees are due at the time of service and are non-refundable after services have been provided. The duration for the listed benefits lasts one year from the day of registration. No installations/payment methods may be established for Helping Hand members.
